This subject has too many variables; it’s hard to know what’s right or wrong. On one side, you never see the girl’s situation or what she wants for her life. On the other hand, it is “killing” the baby or form of life. Therefore what do I believe is right or “humane”? I hate the fact of killing, but I do think abortion should be a choice. Now, wait, don’t think I’m an evil person. This has been a subject that I have thought about many times . What if a said mother was molested or raped and got pregnant do you expect this mother to have the baby? I feel as if these mothers, even if they had consent, should have a choice. Let’s say they mistakenly got pregnant and they didn’t want the baby that baby goes into the foster system. These kids in foster care most likely won’t find a family and will have an entire life of suffering. If they do find a family maybe just maybe it would be a good one, but a lot of the times it is not. These kids get used for the state’s money. They are abused and treated as someone lower, and like they don’t matter. I don’t like the thought that millions of people are suffering right now that millions are being abused and mistreated every day. Then there’s the part of the parents should know what there doing and it wasn’t the baby’s fault. I understand and agree with this life form did nothing to deserve to be treated like this. I stand to say this is a very complicated subject, and I’m not sure where I fully stand.

In many cases, people believe the system is broken. How do I see this statement? I think it is somewhat valid reasons being that many innocent people go to jail, among how they are treated after they served there time. First off let me try to stay on topic because this topic brings so many contrasting ideas and comments. Getting out of prison is a complicated process; the transition is impossible. When you get out of jail, it changes the entire course of these lives. First, employment is hard because many jobs won’t accept people with a record.
Along with that, many of them have no place to go after prison. This means no job no roof over there head having to work 20 times harder than anyone else. In many cases, these men and women turn back into drugs, stealing, or dealing among other crimes. These people end up back in the system because they had nothing else to do with no financial aid just having to survive on the streets. Life is hard enough already but being deprived of many things makes it even harder.

Many people have their opinions on this subject, and that’s understandable. I feel as if the people who still oppose or don’t agree with the LGBTQ+ community are somewhat small-minded. The world is forever evolving in different ways every moment. Back in the day, a woman was not able to own her bank account or even speak up. Then the world evolved, and women became politicians, entrepreneurs, and businesswomen, yet people can’t love who they love. I firmly believe people should be able to love and spend the rest of there lives with whomever they want. These are people too, so what if they date the same gender? How does that affect you? Then people claim its a matter of belief if we stayed in that same mindset years ago, the world wouldn’t be what it is today. Therefore I believe they should have the right to marry whomever they love.

One thing that a lot of people talk about blindly is immigration laws and trump. Therefore I’m going to shed some light on what I know and what I believe in this very topic. I am Latina and third-generation, meaning my grandparents came from Mexico. I understand what it is to be afraid of immigration in my family its a problem most families have. The reason is most people cross t the united states to start over or running away from bad things. The difficulty level of getting your citizenship or green card is tough and unrealistic along with that it takes years. I believe they should make becoming a citizen less hard it doesn’t matter where they are from as long as they follow the laws and pay taxes. Making that point why are ICE and immigration laws important well the money which makes the world go round. When non-U.S. citizens come into the unites states and live here without paying taxes, it messes up our economy. Politics or not what we do affects our country so when they come and don’t pay taxes there so many people that we might have to start paying more. That’s the reason why I believe that citizenship should be more affordable and takes less time. The way trump enforces immigration laws is wrong. He makes it seem like all Mexicans are murderers, rapists, and thieves, which not only hurts me but my family and ancestors. We are hardworking people. Yes, they are some people that do but what about the Caucasians or the African Americans (to be formal I said that) I don’t think its right to judge an entire race over few people.

In class we talked about should Lgbtq+ have there own bathroom. Now when it comes to this, there’s no real answer. It’s so complicated, and there are so many different sides. One pro is that they can have a place for themselves where they can feel comfortable. Along with that, some people are nonbinary meaning they are neither boy nor girl, so you have to think about these people too. Cons consist of would this single them out even more than they already feel. Would people males or females feel comfortable if the other sex goes into there restroom? You have to understand there are so many different people with different sexualities like bisexual or transgender people or even nonbinary plus many more. Therefore you have to take into effect. Will this be ok or would it not.should the lgbtq+ community have there own bathroom or should there not be another bathroom?This is a question society has to think about.

I’m going to start doing my blogs on controversial topics. Like immigration laws, the lgbtq+ community, and prison laws also more just different things. Questions that I believe are important. I have a lot of opinions on topics; therefore, it would be easier than talking about my day or some random topics. This idea came from coach Masons class when we did a debate. It had me thinking about different things that people don’t think about, and it’s necessary to shed light on specific issues. Also, I hope you like my sight into the problems of the world get ready for the ride. Get ready to think about these things because I have plenty of compelling arguments. There fore I start things off with some simple things. Let’s hope I don’t get into politics because then it gets complicated.

Marching season is excellent, but the thing I don’t like is practice. Every morning Monday through Friday at eight in the the the morning we start practice. Every morning it is hot outside, so it makes it difficult, and I have a different model baritone then I’m used to so it’s hard because it’s heavier which makes my hands, arms, shoulders, and back hurt. We usually end practice at ten then go inside and change into school uniform and practice more. My favorite part about the marching season is Fridays. When I get out of school and me, Esmeralda, Viviana, and Romika meet up in the band hall or in front of the school. After we figure out a place to get food, then we make it back to the band hall. After eating we get in uniform then wait for the bus to arrive and load up instruments on one bus then us on the other bus. On the way to the football field, we put music on because I always bring my speaker. We sit in the back and play Spanish music and English music once in a while. At the game, we play and dance, and the band laughs and talks sometimes battle the other band by pulling out the song “call out.”Marching at the halftime show is always fun at the end of every show, I feel empowered knowing my band pulled together and did it again that our practice paid off. Anyways after we pack up and head to the school take everything back inside and take off our uniforms then leave.

In all honesty, I have no idea what to write now, I can talk about what happened last week or a story from the past, but I do not feel that at the moment. Therefore I probably will ramble until I have ten sentences. Today I went to school, and it was fine, but I was so tired, I don’t know why but In class when we read or doing something that is not productive. I get sleepy, that’s why I usually sit with my friends because when I’m with them, I have a lot of energy. I’m just like a vibe and energy person, so when we read it’s so low, and I get tired. That’s also how I make friends. I watch everything, so when I go around them, I can feel if they’re negative or positive or if they are a mystery its hard to explain. I’m a mystery, to be honest, I don’t know how to follow up after that I think I have ten sentences. well it’s not ten its eight at the moment I have four more blogs to do. I guess I’m going to have to look up a topic because this rambling is not working. Anyways have a great day miss, and also we should read tears of a tiger it’s my favorite
